Having a unique perspective as a designer, provider and receiver of multiple service systems I am able to support you at an individual, organisational, and event level. I bring excellent and accessible communication skills, together with the capacity to think on my feet. I am adept and able to 'read the room' so can respond to people's needs in a respectful (and often humorous) way. This means that I am able to facilitate openness and trust to interactions, whether they are between 2 or 2000 people.

With professional qualifications and experience across health, disability, community in provision, design, management and community engagement, I am able to add value to projects involving stakeholders with diverse needs and abilities.

My services include:

Facilitation of workshops, planning days or focus groups
Translation of documents (eg policies, procedures, newsletters) into an accessible format (eg Easy English)
Project management - particularly in relation to supporting unpaid carers and people with complex support needs
Genuine engagement with people with an intellectual disability and/or complex communication needs to inform your project
